I seem to make a habit of cropping my pics..decided to just focus on the expressions and the rest are all unnecessary details..

Kenshin promising to protect her happiness...

And Tomoe...we can only imagine how she was feeling that night, realising that she had fallen for him, inadvertently betraying her first love and now she is a pawn to bring down this second love...

The title is the song title and also a prayer...

song is angsty enough...some of the lyrics seemed to fit her feelings, and some of his. (No, I don't speak Korean, I just looked it up)

personally I prefer Hakubaikou's version [link] of that night..

I had a devil of a time trying to get Tomoe's looks..realistic and yet resembling the manga, the expression and the HAIR..initially she looked like *yikes* a goth chick..and the lighting, didn't have any reference, so its all over the place, but I've touched up enough for now....moving on until I get a better reference.
