Thank you very much for the compliments :D

You've got the first movie or whole trilogy? I hope you enjoyed yourself :D

You are most welcome. :)

I only have the first movie, but I have seen the whole trilogy and do enjoy the movies immensely. Especially because not only is the actor beyond cute, when he portrays the "silly" Kenshin he becomes adorable.

my next favourite after the Kenshin series..

for drama kissasian.com/Drama/Tenno-no-R…

after that you just search out according to his name... worth checking out all the recent ones, because however the movie/story may be, I just love his acting :)

I enjoy his acting, even though I've only seen him as Kenshin. I still like his appearance and the way he throws himself into silliness or seriousness at the drop of a dime.
I thank you for these suggestions, I will take a look at them both :)

For a long time fan of the manga, I really felt that he was born to play Kenshin.

as far as dropping into silliness and seriousness, I would say he had plenty of practice playing Ryotarou in Kamen Rider for five years.. he was about 17 that time, I think... :D. It's a bit silly, but you would appreciate his ability to role switch into five different characters in many scenes.

I've watched most of his works, and he's only gone from strength to strength as the years go by..

some more suggestions.. Beck (a coming of age movie) , Q10 (drama), Romeo and Juliet (stage play) Bakuman.. and I'm waiting for the DVD release of Sekai kara Neko ga Kieta (if cats were to disappear from this world)... there's some more, but I'm sure you can find them easily enough :D

Hahaha... can't help it if you didn't put yourself it in the loop.

I wouldn't worry about it though. I suspect its more a question of priorities.. this just isn't one of yours :)

sometimes a fresh start every once in a while is good, ...and what's worthwhile usually keeps on cropping up... pretty hard to keep a good thing down :)

such an impressive work! I'm currently working in a Rurouni Kenshin drawing, and the kimono has been the hardest part so far, you make it look so easy, though obviously we work in different mediums

Thank you :)

Yup, the kimono folds tend to fall in as specific way.. the weight of the cloth and type of cloth does influence it somewhat but, they are rather specific..

I have to say digital makes everything easier.. not make you better, (that only comes with practice)- just easier,. but pen is difficult.. I haven't anything seriously with pen..

I agree with your opinion about digital art, it's not easier, it demands the same amount of effort and training as any other médium, but it definately has some things that help a bit, specially crtl+z ahah and the ability to add elements and colors after finishing a work, like it happens with rain. I personally find digital art scary ^^; it seems so hard, and it's simply not my area of comfort at all and I've never tried it. As for pen, I understand most people's concern and intimadation by it, I personally find it the most freeing medium to be used. Maybe painting can be freeing too, but I have tried it too little times to be able to say.

I actually use very little short cuts or elements when I paint digitally.. my rain is painted 'manually' actually.. the only automatic fuctions I use with some regularity is the contrasts and occasional textures for cloth and the like.. but even then I'm learning to alternate brushes for that effect...

my biggest overwhelming sense of gratitude is the ability to erase and save multiple copies... cuts time faster because I'm not inhibited by the worry of making mistakes and of course the brushes.. which I'm beginning to vary now..

I like pen.. my brother uses it for stippling... but man,... it is so time consuming!!!

I've seen Takeru in Kamen Rider Den-O (which I started watching not very long ago) and I'm like just...*squeals*
He's good at acting  Lots of talent. ^^

Since Kenshin is one of his well known roles, I think I'll watch the movie sometime soon. :D

Well a peaceful seascape or Amazonian canape is one thing but a desolate desert with a sand storm looming or a volcano erupting would still be a landscape of sorts XD
